Placed in a small rural area in Serbia, this property was imagined for reconstruction as a rental party house. The existing house is designed in Bauhaus style in the early 70s and placed on a lot surrounded by existing spruce trees. This should be a place for parties, weddings and corporate events and it should be able to accommodate up to 50 people in its outdoor space. The wonderful Bauhaus style house was the major inspiration and brutality of concrete and geometry.
