The garden is shaped around the natural identity of White Lake — open meadows, soft woodland edges, and light that moves through tall grasses. The planting palette works as an extension of that landscape: tall ornamental grasses, verbena, lavender, nepeta, and achillea create a light, airy structure that feels effortless and site-born. Silvery foliage such as artemisia and stachys adds a cool, reflective tone that amplifies the lakeside atmosphere. Evergreen elements, pines and conifers, anchor the space and connect the garden to the surrounding forest. Natural boulders and gravel pathways follow the site’s terrain, keeping the design grounded and unobtrusive.
