This ambitious project represents the initial phase of a large-scale mixed-use development known as Banovo Brdo Residences, which encompasses seven development blocks in Belgrade. The challenging and steep terrain necessitated a unique approach, with buildings situated on a garage roof elevated between 1 and 7 meters above ground level. Consequently, the entire landscape serves as a green roof, providing more than 1200 m² of lush, luxurious, and private outdoor space exclusively for the residents.

The successful realization of this design is the outcome of a fruitful collaboration between Archiplant Studio, CAB Architects (Center for Architecture Belgrade) and the entire Energogroup Engineering team.

The project drew inspiration from the modern Mediterranean style, which was adapted to suit the local conditions. The primary objective was to establish a harmonious relationship between the architecture and the outdoor spaces, ensuring the optimal experience for its users.

Ovaj ambiciozan projekat je samo prva zgrada od sedam blokova velikog rezidencijalno-komercijalnog kompleksa smeštenog na Banovom Brdu u Beogradu. Zbog izazovne i stepenaste konfiguracije terena, zgrade su smeštene na krov garaže, podignute od 1 do 7 m iznad zemlje. Iz tog razloga, kompletno spoljašnje uređenje je zeleni krov sa preko 1200 m² luksuznog i intimnog vrta za stanare zgrade.

Uspešna realizacija ovog dizajna je rezultat plodne saradnje između Archiplant Studio-a, CAB Arhitekata (Centar za arhitekturu Beograd) i celokupnog inženjerskog tima kompanije Energogroup.

Za ovaj projekat inspiracija je bila moderni mediteranski stil, koji je prilagođen lokalnim uslovima. Primarni cilj je bio da se ustanovi harmoničan odnos između arhitekture i otvorenih prostora, obezbeđujući optimalno iskustvo za korisnike.
